Coverage can vary from plan to plan, so we encourage you to verify coverage and eligibility before making an appointment for an eye exam.
We recommend parking at the metered parking lot under 110 Mt Auburn St. We also offer parking validation for three local parking garages (Harvard Square Parking Garage, The Charles Hotel parking garage, and University Place parking garage.)
There are no refunds or returns on custom-made eyeglass lenses or contact lenses. Non-prescription sunglasses or other merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase; no cash refunds.
All eyeglass frames are warranted for one year with respect to manufacturing defects only. In the event of a claim, Eye Q Optical, Inc reserves the right to repair or replace the frame or lenses. Any lenses purchased from Eye Q have at least a one year one time use warranty for scratches.
